Subject: Clean tank 7/18/2012, 10:01 pm
I've had my Emperor Scorpion (Bob) for 3 months now. Anyways, I would like to clean the tank. I haven't seen Bob for about a 4 days now. I know he his burrowed because I see his hole and the crickets I've put in the cage aren't there anymore so pretty sure he's alive and well.
Is there a safe way to get him out so I can clean the tank?

What's your meaning of cleaning? Like complete substrate change or just picking up messes. If its a complete change I rrcomend making him back into a container that you can hold him in until your done. If not then would not worry bout doing anything with him

+1. Also you don't really need to a complete substrate change if it's only been 3 months.

Okay cool. Thank you. I had just read somewhere that they recommend doing that every 3 months. I'll hold off then. I know very little still just what I've read places and it seems different sites say different things.
