| Gs bro!
All that is grey and brownish is Mauritanicus. All that is white is Bicolor longecarinatus. I'm sorry for my chaotic postings lol.
Basically the ones that look more like a scorpion than a mealworm are the Am's :-)

| @Chrome
These buggers are crazy. You were right, I dont know how they do it but last day I found one of them crawling toward the enclosure part of Hercules... I put them in another all slippery plastic, fixed dividerbox. Omg, these are a pain in the arse when they are small lol.
Weirdest thing, Hercules attacked, killed and ate a Bicolor Longecarinatus, but the two brothers or sisters, did not attack each other while they were an entire night in each others vicinity.
Weird creatures. | |

| Yup, I took apart my toolbox so I can't show you a pic of what I did to stop it but a description is I took a 1" piece of duct tape and folded it over the top of each wall so when I closed it the flaps folded down with the lid and sealed the top. Also put a strip of scotch tape along the outdented part of the lid that runs around the edge and the middle so they couldnt climb into it.
It's not a very good enclosure for 2i's or 3i's, works better with 4-6i when they are too fat to get through the cracks.
If you look at what I have my A. australis 2i's in it works much better since the lid is tight against the walls of the compartments. Got it at Rona or Home depot, forget which think the latter, probably something similar where you're at.

| Something like this? Didnt have runners with these anymore. It is very smooth plastic and like you said, the lid closes the separations almost airtight. I keep the toolbox for when they get bigger as seen in this picture... Afterward they go into the white cups below... I have LOOOOAAADS of them around. | |

| Kinda, this is the one I use Super tight between walls and lid. I'm sure the one you have works too. | |

| Well they all have their "marks". Mauritanicus has a nodge in the pinchers. Also you are right, that tail to body size says a lot.
As for rule of thumb in Andros, females tend to be ovalbodied, males are "cubuslike".
The clearly visual nodge is a sexual difference only present in A. Mauritanicus. Other species may have it too, but it is not as distinct as in this species.

| Pectine tooth counts work. Only a one tooth overlap. There is also visible dimorphism present in that males usually have thinner bodies and massive tails, and females have more plump bodies with the tail appearing to be a bit thinner. | |
