I told everyone in person that I expected the first brood to start molting by Monday . . . guess what I saw this morning?









You can see a couple in the process of molting as well as a few that have already finished. As of this afternoon about half a dozen have wandered off her back.

What temp do you have them at.

Room temp -- but we don't have A/C. Probably mid 70s.

that's about the temp i keep my hentzi and other scorpions at. 75 seems to be a good range for when it comes to the lil hentzi to molt

I just separated two of the mordax broods today. One more hasn't yet molted to second instar and when I checked on the fourth all I can see are mom's pinchers in the burrow.
