he-hey it's all happening now XD

Even as I type the Iurus dufoureius asiaticus (mainland form from Alanya, Turkey) is giving birth
For the first time since I got her she actually started digging at the substrate and partially covered up the cave entrance, thankfully left me enough to see what was going on
about midnight last night I noticed her in birthing basket position again
11am this morning baby no. 1 spotted on her back

3pm she has three babies on her back.... so it takes an hour to pass each baby Shocked

Pictures to follow

Further more the Calchas nordmanni sp. ladeez have also started digging.. hopefully they will also drop pretty sharpish

The Rhodes Island one is smaller and lighter

lmao this seems to be a common reply on all forums at the moment about the size of the babies.

They must have BIG yolk sacks inside of them because the ones upstairs (rhodes one that gave birth first) have shrunk a bit now, not by much though.
