my tarantula is acting weird....

my female G.rosea molted a few weeks ago, and finally ate a cricket. but shes been acting weird. she stands high off the ground sometimes. i know they do this when they eat. but she only ate once since i had her, and she stands high off the ground sometimes randomly. also she was upside down on the side of her enclosure. by upside down i mean her face was closest to the ground. and today the way she was resting was weird becuase her abdomen was on the side of the enclosure and the rest of her body was on the cocofiber substrate. her body was bent like the letter L . i dont know whats wrong with her. is this normal ?

she doesnt bite by the way. i held her 4 times. but ever since ive seen her standing high off the ground and resting in weird bent positions, ive been afraid to hold her.

is the subtrate damp? most dry species of tarantula will do this to get away from a damp location or it can also be her just stretching out since she molted.

the substrate might be like 10 or 20 % damp out of 100% , its pretty dry. maybe shes just stratching out from molting i dont know. im going to see if her behavior continues or maybe its just temporary.
