| Just wanted to share my current Leopard gecko breeding projects. Project#1 (normal X normal) - "Beba" & "Lyubo":
Project #2 (0.1 SHT x 1.0 SHTCT - not 100% sure on the morphs though) - "Snow" & "Brownie":
#4This is from shortly after we took her, she's bigger now and gravid. Will post updated pics of her and from Brownie as soon as I catch them out of their hide

| Thanks Scorpion1991000. "Snow" just laid her first clutch yesterday morning. They're now being incubated, if they are fertile, and all goes well, in 50-70 days I should have two female hatchlings in the house | |

That's strange, can't understand the logic in that.

| Its because in 1977 the government didnt want to go through all reptiles and amphibians to check who could establish themselves in Norway, so they just made all of them illegal instead..
But they have been working on a "positive list" for some years now with around 30 species of herptiles that may be legal to have from as soon as 2013..

| A slight setback in both projects...
Project#1
seems that no mating has occurred, and what I have is indeed an overly obese female. Female has gained 20 grams while male has lost 10-15 gr since they're together. This is mainly because I feed them from a dish, and apparently she's been stealing all the food. They'll be separated ASAP and when male gains some weight, a new mating attempt will be done (or, with another male, I haven't decided yet as we're pretty far up the breeding season already).
Project#2
Seems as the eggs were not fertile, but this was expected, I recall seeing eggs in her stomach already 1-2 weeks before introducing the male (she had actually laid unfertile eggs already in march).
I have seen them mating again 2 weeks after she laid, so hopefully the next clutch will be fertile. Leo's are actually spersavers, so after all the attempts from my overly "excited" male, she should have enough "ingredients" to get through the rest of the season with success.
