Do you need to clean the poop off of a scorpion's stinger?

I have an emperor scorpion and noticed it had white crusty things over its stinger. I have learned this is its excrement, and have read that q-tips can be used to remove it. However, i tried it, and got some off, but there is some that is really stuck on there that i cannot get off with the q-tip. At least not how I am doing it, which is wiping the stinger while its lying down (it doesn;t seem to care unless i touch the back of the stinger). I don't want to have to restrain it to take off what's left though

so will it get rid of it itself? is this hazardous to its health? i really really hope it can just naturally remove it

I will not recommend you to remove it.
Usually, It should come off by itself.. naturally.

Not to worry. It's nothing much of a concern than just being an eyesore

Most if not all of it, will eventually fall off naturally.

There is nobody in the wild to clean them off either
