another gravid female(amourexi)

this female is due anyday.(fingers crossed)be my first time producing these

you just touch the scorpions and their gravid, don't you - hahaha. I find it amusing how this species doesn't share the same physical trait of the fat metasoma with the rest of the species in the Androctonus genus.

^That's what I noticed was kind of weird about my A. amoreuxi -- she's a fattail, but where's the fat tail?

yeah they don't have the most impressive tail.sure hope she pops soon.first time with these,so i have my fingers crossed.

Are these tolerable of each other? I'm gonna mate mine and wanna know what to expect..

I think Brian S. keeps his adult Androctonus together -- but I don't know if this species is any different in that regard from those he keeps.

i don't ,the risk is too high for me.but some people do.

Did you mate them yourself? or did she come gravid when you got her?
If you did mate them how did it go? easy, or combative

actually this one was bred by a friend and came to me gravid.he said it was easy,that it went smooth but he seperated them the next day to be safe(when he found the spermataphore)

Alright, cool, I hade an attemted mating w/ a different sp. and the female killed the male within minutes of being introduced, and these where a lil bit more pricey then those other ones..
It always good to hear how others went..
