| So...there's not much info online for keeping these guys as pets, or especially if they happen to have babies. So any tips for care would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks! | |

| I've tried to raise babies of this species with minimal success. I've tried individual rearing as well as communal. as idividuals i put each into a 2 oz. deli cup with a bit of coco fiber, and tried to feed cricket parts. as a group i put around 10 in a mini KK and a few pre killed 1/4 to 1/2 inch crix per week. I had as many losses with each set up so i cant say for sure what is best. I do know they grow a bit slow so even after 1 year, the scorps will only be a bit more than 1/4 to 3/8 inch long. (i have 1 left from a communal set). the adults are super to have tho, very communal and are seen a bit | |

| i dont know about em.but id seperate em after all of em get off mommas back into said deli cups with some coco fiber and a lil hiding spot.ive had no success feeding slings prekilled crix, none of my slings even would bother with chopped pieces and i know it works for some people but mine are too picky.
find a way to get some flightless fruit flies.i have tiny c.sculpturatus and v.spinigerus slings that tear those things up like a shark feeding frenzy.so im positive fff's would give a better chance of survival in getting some food in their tummys.
as for the husbandry it seems like Gnat is your go to guy.
congrats to you and the momma. | |
