nah they didnt both get in there,they helped eachother dig out two burrows and split up.
i found it strange that they did that.

Well, they live a long time with each other, I doubt they have aggression toward each other.. if one starts digging, the other one watches oris bored and digs too. Who knows what they think?

I have Parabuthus, crawling on top of each other and stay there all night.. if the female moves to another hide, the male follows and digs a scrape with her too.. I might say couples are not all that cannibalistic and indeed can do stuff together. Not out of romance, but from a practical kind of view...
