Molting questions and concerns Empty
PostSubject: Molting questions and concerns   Molting questions and concerns Empty8/18/2010, 11:25 pm

Hey guys, so... I think that my emp Shadow is molting. Now, I say I think because I've never seen it before.... I've heard it looks kinda messed up, but seriously it looks like she has been squished or something. I'm kind of freaking out. I lifted her up just a little to see and it seems that most of her thorax is outside of this.. shell. But it looks really strange, also it looks like there might be mold on top of the dead exoskeleton.... I don't know, but like I said I'm kind of freaking out.

With all of that said, does anyone have any pictures of their emp molting, or can anyone direct me to some pics on the web. I can't take any because I don't have a camera or else I would just post some. Please help as soon as possible. Thank you forum.

Here is a vid of one molting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5hyyeGrDic

You should leave it alone until it's done and it won't harden up for a few days or a couple of weeks. Don't feed it until then.
