| Ok so I have 14 new babies they are all 2I and I have all of them together. Should I separate all of them? How do I feed them? What do I feed them? Do I just pre kill a couple of crix or buy pinheads if I can find them?

| Spearate all of them only if you want to. Remember they can be kept as a communal group, they don't have to be split up.
If you do keep them in a communal group try and ensure that they all get a chance to eat.
Just feed them some pinheads or a chopped mealworm or wingless fruitflies are good.
You can also just pre-kill some crickets and chuck them in there.

| I bought some baby crix yesterday and man the feeding frenzy was on. It was pretty cool to watch the babies hunt as natural as an adult. The only difference is the babies use their sting because they are not strong enough to crush anything yet. I bought 2 dozen to ensure everyone would eat.
How often should I feed them?
Is their metabolism higher because they are smaller?

| well from what ive read, cannibalism will only occur after a molt... and being that theyre all the same size, i doubt it will happen while the exo is still hard... | |

| So I can expect cannibalism during molting? Do you know if it is the same for adults? My sub adult is getting close to molt should I remove him till he does? | |

| No dude you dont have to worry about emperors really cannibalizing...There so communal thats its a very rare site to see that. If they have been together for a while, its more likely that the other will protect the one that is molting so if anything, you will see a tad more of agression from the one that ISNT molting. | |
