| Just introduced a new female to my male. You guys are right. Get 1 Emp....wait a month...get another one. lol. couldn't resist.
I re-arranged the tank a little, and made two hides. Let her in first of course for 5 minutes, she checked the place out. Put him in, he stood for a little, and then i guess felt her and walked across the whole tank right to her. Then there was quite the fight.
I know you guys say they ll have a scuffle, but I'm not sure what that was, so I filmed it. Hope they ll figure their stuff out.
I think my male might be a pre-malt now as he is quite fat, refusing food and been staying out/being agresive these days.
Please take a look at the video and tell me if it was more than a scuffle or it's fine. They are currently in separate hides right after the fight.

| P.S. the female left the fight first. And went to the hide. | |

| Update: They were both in hides. He came out, pulled her out and they fought again. now he is walking around the tank looking for her. She seems to run everytime they meet...

| So I seperated the tank before I went to sleep so they don't rip each other apart while I sleep.
When I woke up it turned out the male got over to the female side. They seem to be....OK with eachother now. After I removed the seperator, they just went to separate sides of the tank and did their own thing. At work now, so I don't know whats going on. . . hope they become bff's

| Wow thats a pretty violent fight. Thats typically what i would expect to get from males going at it but not females. Are u sure thats a female? | |

| That one's a male, yes.
The fight was pretty violent as mentioned . . . although parts looked almost like a mating attempt. Hard to tell with that video quality.
If they still fight, remove both, rearrange the tank and mix up the substrate, and try again. This should eliminate any established territory your original scorp may have had.

| no, they kinda settled.
When they meet now they might claw a little and then walk away, look very lazy
As I said my original might be a pre-moult, he has been outside ever since the fight.
The new one is in a hide. | |

| Pinheads seem a bit too small . . . but as long as they're accepting prey, it's not too many. | |
