Ummmm don't feed worms at all except feeding them meal worms and id still suggest that you don't feed meal worms because they are very high in fat and can lead to obesity if you feed them lots of them.
And i know that tinned crickets are convenient, but in the real life they catch living ones and that is a lot better for them cause if you feed them the tinned ones, they are going to rely on you hand feeding them since there already . So if you just feed them lives ones, they get the feeling of being in the wild and its a lot funner to watch. If you get some meal worms, they can be stored in the fridgerator so they will actually go far but like i said there not as healthy as the crickets.
