Not that I'm complaining, but my Emperors seem to enjoy sitting on top of their stone hides more than they do burrowing. Neither has dug a burrow in the two months I've had them and they spend more time outside of their hides than in.
Like I said, I'm not complaining, but this behavior seems to fly in the face of everything I've read.

It's fine. Mine didn't burrow for several months and then all of a sudden... BAM... Two massive entrances.

ive noticed in my care of juvis and adults...that adults (well mine) didnt dig burrows while the scorplings would do it from the moment off mums back! Maybe the adults feel ok and safe just under a hide while the young want to be super safe...gah. scorpions eh!
