| Ok I lost a grown on P.cambridgi and a H.albostriatum for no aparent reason yesterday, thought maybe it was the change of weather and drop of temperture, but all my young slings are ok?
Now two off my bigger (in comparison) T's are acting strange. Like a kind off scrambling movement on the spot with thier legs flaying all over the place? Maybe conditions were a bit dry, i dont know. But i've misted thhem before i've come into work.
Ones a B.vagans and the others a A.genticulata about 1 1/2"
Any idea whats up? Was thinking MTD?

| Give the genic some water -- they like it on the humid side. That's all I can really think of. | |

| give them a humid enviroment. Not totally humid but pour some water in and see if that helps. Adam's tarantulas have been a bit "off" lately but all seem back to normal again. | |

| make sure that your feeder items are not contaminated. it might be a case of slight dehydration but if a lot of your collection are suddenly going downhill I would look into other factors asides just the water. | |

| oh never! but yes that would probably do it.
We dont use any cleaning products around the inverts. may be polish for the cabinets but I spray that straight into the cloth so it doesn't go into the air.
We just use a damp cloth for any invert area cleaning

| i have seen that kind of behavior with some Ts, mostly because they have come in contact with some form of invert killer or chemical.. a friend of mine lost alot of expensive Ts because the corkbackground he got from a local store was sprayed with some insectkiller, but this chould allso come from your dog or cat if you sprayed them with some form of flee killer.. seen that before allso.. it can come from alot of places.. dont know if ther is anything you can do.. dont feed with your roaches from a while and see if they start dying too.
and btw check your hand desinfected spray iam pretty sure it just contains some form of alcohol.. shouldnt kill your Ts like that..
