ahhh , thats wierd... thats how mine died too, claws twitching and spazms here and there... no idea~... :/ and it was darker then normal on his sides also.. a few shades darker but noticeable. really sucks man.
but can i ask, why do you preserve them in alcohol? do you keep'em just to have them?? or do you do somehting else with it?

At least you noticed. And it's not the worst case of gravedigging I've seen.
Anywho, I preserve mine simply 'cause I like having a preserved collection. Makes for good wall decorations. Also, if I get bored and have access to a microscope, they're a lot easier to examine when they're not running around in a Petri dish.
