My first emperor.

Hey guys I just got my first emperor this weekend! I'm having a hard time trying to get a picture so I can have some of yall sex it for me. I've tried to take some when its up against the glass, but to bright with flash and to dark with out. Any suggestions?

Im not much of a photographer but check out the sexing section and try to sex it your self if possible. And welcome to the forum.

Thanks for the help. From what I have read on here and the pictures I've seen I think its a male. Once I can get a good picture of it I'll post it. I've been surfing this site for a few months so I could learn as much as possible before I got one. There is tons of great information and it was very helpful for my preparations.

put some pics of your enclosure up aswell so we can confirm you have done everything right.
if you want to get a good shot of its pectines, put it in a clear tub and take the photo through the bottom of the tub.
