Traveling with a fresh molt Empty
PostSubject: Traveling with a fresh molt   Traveling with a fresh molt Empty11/25/2008, 5:59 pm

Tenacious just molted, and I was wondering if there is anything I should be extra careful of when traveling. Its travel container is small and packed with moss and coco-fiber and a hide, it'll be on my GF's lap most of the way to maintain temp since it's hella cold right now, but on the way from PA to VT it'll be strapped in next to me. Plastic wrap on top to keep in moisture, but my main concern is since it hasn't eaten in a LOOOONG time and just molted and her travel container doesn't have room for a water dish will it be fine in just high humidity?

Side note she might be male, her claws are gigantic and definitely are dented, can't wait for her to harden up and do some glass dancing for me again.

She'll be fine. Just make sure nothing falls on her and you don't have to worry about anything Smile

If you're really that worried, you can just pack her up like you would as if you were shipping her.

High humidity should be fine. Just make sure she doesn't get shaken.
