Maturity of L.Q, A.A, H.Tamulus, to breed ^_^

Good day everyone! ^_^

Been doing some reading and research, but could not find a definitive answer. Hope to seek experiences or knowledge on this matter ^_^

I would like to ask about what is usually the stage of maturity that Leiurus quinquestriatus, Androctonus Australis, Hottentotta tamulus can mate and breed? (How many instar is required)

Is there any difference between the stage of breeding maturity? (ie maybe some species can breed with lesser instar?) (not sure, would appreciate some clarification ^_^)
