My emperor had 10 babies a year ago and I gave them all but one away. I gave 2 to a friend and the rest to people I didn't know.
He just posted pictures to facebook and they are about 4 inches long, while mine is only an inch long. All are the same age. What would cause this?

Feeding. Temperature. Stress. Genetics. Humidity. Type of enclosure.
Literally everything adds up to a difference. Have you asked him how he keeps his? The temp/RH, feeding times. Look at the differences and report back to us what caused his to grow faster.

^ +1.. temp and feeding a lot (not necessarily powerfeeding) usually makes a scorpion grow and molt faster and therefore, bigger.
