Subject: how come my tarantula never hides ???? 8/15/2012, 7:35 pm
my rose hair tarantula does not understand the concept of hiding, i've never seen it in its cave, i think thats a good thing cuase i can always look at it, but i was wondering if thats normal ?? it always eats all of its crickets

Some individuals just don't use their hides. G. roseas are odd in that they usually refuse artificial burrows and some individuals won't even accept a half log hide.

oh cool , then its a cool display animal, a half log hide is whats in there i didnt mean to say cave.

Just be aware at some point it may stop eatting for no reason at all... dont become alarmed when this happens
