| +1 on awesome. What are you using for the frame? Is it a kit? | |

| Thanks guys.
The frame made out of aluminium profiles meant for store furniture (display stands etc.)
Not a kit, it's all custom work. The plan is to get an arachnid rack done in the summer, using the same concept. I can post a pic of the profiles is somebody is interested.

| Finally got the glasses yesterday and decided I might as well rehouse the female straight away. - update:
There's still lots of work to be done though. Have to mount the glasses on the top compartment, need grills for the ventilation holes, complete upgrade of lighting/heating, thermostats, decor/furniture... the list goes on

That would be great. I'd love to know where to buy this stuff.

Here most companies that make profiles for aluminium windows/doors, also make/sell these. Can't help you where to get them in the U.S. though.

| Thanks. I've found sites that sell T-slot stock, but it's real heavy duty stuff for industrial applications and way overkill for an enclosure. I'm sure if I keep searching I'll find some US sites that sell the lighter stock you're using. I just need to narrow down the proper search terms. Maybe a quick check on Ebay or Amazon will turn up something. | |

| I think they go by aluminum extrusion/extruded aluminum profiles. I did a search and they keep popping up mainly from chinese manufacturers, didn't find any US suppliers | |

| After a small accident that could had ended up really bad, I redid the lighting on the BD enclosures. Still not finished though, needs upgraded UV lighting and timer, and dimming thermostats. - Upgraded halogen lighting:
