My Emps May be in Trouble

My power went out yesterday while I was away from home. My roomate just called me, he thinks they didnt make it ? POwers been out for two days, with no heat, meaning no heatrocks and no heatpad, Is there some sort of battery pack heat source somone can recomend ? I am hoping there just not moving much, I asked him he said he asnt poked them or anything, I got mad at him last time, he hasnt done it since, he said it was 7 degrees thismorning, its snowing where I live, ( its colder outside ) what are your thought s ? battery lamp ?

I've never heard of any of those things but 7 degrees honestly you should have thought of the reprecussions because I'm pretty sure there dead by now. Sorry to sound harsh but if you know you get bad weather why get something that can die just from regular winter tempatures.

I just didnt think of the power outage, and it was a fluke how I was away,, day three, third day, there still kicking, I brang them to my parrents and plugged em back in, the big ones moving around alot, that mean hes stressed ? , next time im going to have hotpaws ready, there good for about 8 hours each.

I'm glad to see they are still alive.

Glad to hear your emps survived..... they are very tough....just an idea, as a back up power source....maybe a 12v deep cycle battery and an inverter to run the heating mat.
