| Just a few questions about plants and lizards.
What kind of plant do you recommend for the tank? Also, thinking about putting some anole lizards in to help with the cricket pop. Your thoughts on that?
(ps. Had my first molt! Very exciting!)

| Actually guys, he wasn't talking about lizards themselves.
He was asking what kinds of plants and what do you think about putting anoles in the tank.
However, not knowing what type of scorpion or the tank setup it would be hard to answer anyway.
And to the OP - it might be good to give us more info?

| Well looking at the signature, looks like it's a H. Spinifer. My bad. | |

| The lizards will get killed, or potentially injure your scorpion if it's still small. | |

| looking at the sig I'd go with H. spinifers. They eat whatever is crawling in that tank, thats small to a bit smaller or equal size than they are. I dunno about anoles.. but if they are smaller than the hets, they will get eaten. No idea, of plants. Pothos tend to be good for tropical stuff without much light. | |

And to the OP - it might be good to give us more info? Oh wow, I failed. As pluto said the lizards will get eaten if the scorp is bigger. I use potho plants in all my tanks. (Well, all tropical tanks)

| Well I have a large 55 gallon tank, and a house gecko managed to get in and survive for a really long time. So I thought "why not put anoles in to help keep down the cricket population?" the gecko has been near the scorpions and licked one of them... Kinda like a mutual relationship between the two. and I think they might be petersii or laoctus... Just haven't updated the signature. (Edit: I thought you guys were smart enough to figure out, based on my picture, signature and the fact that this is a scorpion forum, that I was talking about my scorpions. | |

| why is there so many crix in the tank anyway? you should only feed one or two at a time shouldnt need to put a lizard in to keep the crix population down lol | |

| I'm a bit lazy, so I let the crickets breed in the tank. But some how they managed to segregate between the scoria and the crickets( the tank is 4 freaking feet wide). Going to set up a breeding tank for the crickets soon, and have my self a mass exodus. | |
