| supercool scorp Rob, really. I think its female ... this is a male Notice the size (not only girdth) of the tail in correlation with the body. It is longer than the body is long and almost equally thick. Males have more of a tubular body whereas females looks to be squeeshed a bit (wider tergites)... To the guys that bought my bicolor scorplings, this is one half of the parents :-) So they will look like this one. | |

| Thanks Pluto! Nice male you have there! And yeah, this is another scorp that won't stop feeding.... Last night this Bicolor had a cricket in each claw, was funny, watching her (we think) run around like that! | |

did you catch it tagging the crik? Yes I did, and it was gnarly, as the stringer found its way into the right eye of the cricket (can't see that side of his face in the pic) but his eye starting oozing pretty hard after that! He was toast, ALMOST felt bad for him, ALMOST....

| lol yes!
If these can put a full grown human on their behind for a few hours, a small cricket dont really stand a chance.
But tbh Androctonus bicolor seem to kill they prey quicker even though they are supposed to be less venomous...
bicolor stinging a cricket is usually instant death.

bicolor stinging a cricket is usually instant death. They might move 1 CM before they succumb to their deaths... lol
