South East Utah

I found it flipping rocks. In the pics the tergites look separated as in pre-molt, but they are not. It was just the way the light catches on the edges.







Any help is appreciated. I was thinking vaejovis or paruroctonus of some sort.

Actually I just looked on a map and it turns out that I was in the southern end of central Utah, not south east. Oops...

I'm not good with ID's, someone should come around soon enough and tell you but I must say, she's a beaut.

I believe the latin Roblicious means is Hoffmannius spinigerus or maybe even
Vaejovis spinigerus both species can be found just about all over AZ. I had a couple
before there pretty cool.

I was told they were both the same species, but yeah, they look pretty close, I just refer to them as striped devil scorpions
