| After about a month of doing nothing, my Urodacus elongatus finally moulted about a week ago. He spent a few days afterward under his rock, and then appeared. Everything I've read about this has said that it takes about a week for them to fully harden their new exoskeleton. Does that mean that they should be back to normal colour after that week? Mine is still very pale and whitish; nothing like the colour he was before.
A week ago: https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/i/dscf9499.jpg/ Today: https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/i/dscf9523.jpg/
He isn't interested in eating, and I've kept the temp and humidity at the same level it was before moulting. Should he be back to normal colour now, or am I worrying about nothing?
Thanks. | |

| Update, sort of: Nothing much has happened yet. He is moving around a little bit, about the same as before moulting, but his colouration is still not right.
Has anyone ever even seen something like this before? | |
