No, scorpions have no special lighting requirements.
(Edit: the best lighting requirement for scorpions is to give them an option to have no lighting -- i.e., a good dark hide somewhere in the enclosure.)
Too much UV can be bad for them (like keeping a blacklight on them 24/7). Intermittent use for demonstrations is OK though.
