Yea, it's pretty good size! About 10cm (4inch), so I can't complain! It was kinda cheap aswell and I only payed 200dkr (about 20£ & 28$) for it! That is pretty cheap in denmark anyway, where they are near impossible to get!

Well, i heard the US has some pretty severe export rules, and all scorpions fall into some special dangerouse cargo so it gets insanely expensive to get them out of the country...

Yea, because of the low humidity they have to be kept under (too high humidity will kill them eventually) and so the children will die in molts... It can be prevented (to some extend) by making a hide for it, with higher humidity, where it can go when it molts, or so i heard!
That's why it also is a good idea t make sure you get an adult speciment!

what rene said plus it's a tad wracking to get them to mate, they really don't like company.

They're pretty cheap over here. I can get them for $16 shipped, but that's not a surprise considering they're very near to my location.
Very active burrowers though, so give them plenty of burrowing substrate. Enjoy the mazes of fun

I really love mine! Even love him so much that I had to put him on a diet (skip a few feedings) as I kinda overfed him, when I first got him lol
I'm that kind of parent that can't say no
