| Does this look Gravid to anyone or possible premolt ? I was told it's an adult and is Gravid but not really sure it seems small, I don't have much experience with P. liosoma. | |

| I don't see embryos... and I don't see it's heart line definitively like usual gravids. If I had to put my money on one or the other it would be on premolt to adulthood. | |

Nice. 10gallon is good size to an adult couple. With ample food and hiding place, i don't see a reason why not I think you'll be fast to notice signs of prego as well (to remove male). Keep us update Chrome!

| It's been a while since I've had some P. transvaalicus and I just picked up these 2 little 2i's so I was curious how you guy's suggest I should care for them. What temps should I keep them at ? How often should i mist their enclosures ? I haven't had these in almost 5 yrs (got tagged, it sucked and swore off'em for a while) and even then they were already adults. I just want to know if there is any special requirements they need. I want to take care of them the best I can so please any suggestions would be much appreciated Thank you in advance | |

| No special care needed. They are quite hardy! Keep them in tubs like that, put sand with some claywater in there.. Predig a little hole.. let it dry put them in, and they will dig deeper. Quite a bit in fact, they are more fossoreal than Androctonus.
Water 1/4 of the cup every 7 days or so and not too much. Keep them warm at 27-29 degrees. Should do the trick, and lots of ventilation. I might say that is one of the most important things to get right, ventilation.
Put the entire tub full of holes if you need to, but make sure air can move around in it.
