Plz help..small bugs everywhere in viv????

Hi....well just been sat staring in the viv wishing the emps would make an apperance and noticed what looks like small lice/bugs about a few mm in size and white and theres loads! the substrate is crawling with them i have no idea what they are also seem to be the odd fruit fly appearing from no-where..... does this mean i need to change the subsrate?

i wrote on the other dudes thread, but now that i think of it...

they sound alot like larva that are turning into the fruit flys...

yeah id definitely change out the substrate, that may cause unnecessary stress on the scorps
