i have desied to get sub adlut / adult scorpions now and was wondering what size tank would i need to keep 3 red clawed scorpions in? and would the be ok in a clear seal tank?

by red claw do you mean Pandinus cavimanus? Those should be housed separately, they like to munch on each other. Clear seal tanks are fine, they don't need a lot of room either, just a good few inches of substrate to burrow.

Common names are all but useless, so I'll assume you mean P. cavimanus. Pretty much what H. laoticus said; to house three of them you'll need three tanks.
Any tank is good, really . . . I'd suggest a medium Kritter Keeper.

if your going to get adult ones make sure if you use a critter keeper that the walls are a bit higher, they like to stand on their tails and grab onto the vents and cliffhang. I had to tape up the side vents when i had mine temporarily housed in one.
