Subject: Tank size for new born scorps 9/13/2011, 11:10 pm
So I have 13 baby emps that are a few weeks old in a 29 gallon tank (30 x 12 x 18), is that too large of a tank for them while they are still super small?

haha thats a mansion to them. smaller would be better but im sure they enjoy the space if they use it.

But are they gonna have a hard time catching food with all that space?

a smaller viv would be more ideal and as they grow put em in that big tank.

yeah or if you dont wanna get a smaller one just plit the tank for now (saves buying another) the open it up again once they are bigger im gonna keep my emp babies in a 9gallon
