Kuma, nice work mate, it looks good and a nice amount of content.

only thing i'll say is something i'm sure you know already...it's nigh impossible to make a full living online with pets... may still have to keep your day job. i'm aware of a few that sell inverts as a hobby really and work a normal job as well...

i really do wish you well with this, though!!! more shops to tempt me can only be good Very Happy

and i've become a fan on facebook!

Corpselight, Lisa and Mike thanks for the FB support too Very Happy

we save a fortune raising our own livestock

our livefood cost to feed 80+ inverts and the WD's is about a tenner a month All we buy is a half bag of adult crickets - use some of them for breeding stock for pinheads to st3/4.

Once the roach colony is large enough that bill will be a fiver a month.

We breed our own roaches, crickets, mealies, waxes and weavels. Still need to perfect locusts though lol!

we used to pay £40+ a month on crickets, just shows ya Smile

I have just got 300 locusts delivered this morning for my lil breeding project lol
our roach colony is also huge lmao, a tad smelly though LMAO
mealies and morios are also going strong, I dont bother with crickets anymore we were getting too many escapees haha

Have a look around Very Happy

Yayyy! We've found our unique selling point! School show and tells and Home parties! Over the last week we've done 3 classes and 1 house party. They are so fascinated and holding a snake for the first time or having an emporer scorpion scuttle across the back of your hand is an experience to be remembered and just the pleasure of seeing an adult who is unsure about a leopard gecko, handle it then 5 minutes later have a full grown scorpion walk on them is just amazing!

One setback! At our first meeting we realised that the name of the site wasn't very 'kid friendly' especially when handing out promotional material to 10 year old's who use the World wide web without supervision accidentally stubble across the wrong kind of exotica we agreed on a sister site... see below Very Happy

Lol, I guess some people forget the difference between "exotic" and "erotic." Razz

That sounds exactly like what I did for the bugzoo during my tenure there. Loads of fun to see the kids' (and some adults') reactions. awesome
