Subject: Emperor Problem 5/13/2009, 8:29 pm
I have an Emperor Scorpion who is displaying some odds symptoms. He seems to have little or no ability to move his right pedipalp(both the 'arm' and claw portions) and his third leg (right side) is all seized up and it too has no movement. I have only had this guy as couple weeks and I only recently noticed these issues.
Anyone ever seen this before? Have any idea what might be causing it?

if its an adult then it could be old age. Community? could be due to fights.(Any dents on exo?) Could be symptom of Dehydration too. mist it a little, watch if it tries to drink (moves its mouth parts) or not and just leave it be. Nothing much u can do now but pray it pulls through. =) all the best pal.

thats the problem with buying scorps from pet shops though, 90% of the time your buying a mature adult scorpion.
