| Its truely a awsome scorp, but i whould recommend giving him some more room, and maybe some flat rocks he can hide under.. | |

| I'll just say "fair market value" ...enough to leave a dent. I understand they're difficult to breed. With some good fortune, perhaps 2008 will be the mauri's year and we'll see a foothold in the trade. -Chris | |

| Sorry if I'm being less-than-forthcoming Yes, mauri's are in short supply - both in the US and in Europe. My intentions are purely benevolent This is an awesome species and woefully under-represented. And like the next chump I feel like MY captive breeding efforts merit an earnest attempt. It's tough enough procuring 1-2 specimens - let alone a healthy breeding population. As said in the movie "Robots" - See a need, fill a need. I know there are several current AM breeding projects out there - for one motivation or another. If things do work out, I don't intend on raking ca$he when it comes time to spread the love. I want to contribute a little something to the hobby I love. -Chris | |

| I'm working on: H. paucidens <-- need to not reject male H. longimanus <-- need to mature P. imperator <-- need to mature P. cavimanus <-- need to mature B. jacksoni <-- they've cohabited for a few days, but I can't find a spermatophore V. spinigerus <-- community looks like it has a gravid female in it C. hentzi <-- forgot to give the female a cooling period; no idea what will happen (If more of us post stuff like this, I can split it into a "breeding projects?" thread ). | |
