| Hello everyone,This weekend I will be painting the ceiling of the room where my scorpions are kept.Do you think it will be ok to just cover up the tank with some plastic.I've added a false bottom to my 20 gallon tank so I really dont want to move it,but if thats what I should do I will
I realise I could be over reacting but I dont really want to do anything stupid to harm my gravid female.

| You can make it airtight and they'll still be able to live in that conditions without food and water for months. | |

| Open your windows and turn on some fans.
Heres a lil secret with the paint fumes, add some vanilla extract to the paint and mix it in, it netralizes(sp?) the smell and doesnt change the color of the paint.

| open windows and fans are pretty common sense knowledge =o)
I was just worried about the scorpions being so small I figured it would take much less fumes to affect them....

| I think sealing the tank before you begin work should suffice. | |
