| ok so my H.arizonensis has Mycosis seems pretty bad i hadnt noticed i had to tail her to see the full extent, and i dont knw much about it, i want to know if anything can be done or should be euthanized? if so whats the best way>?<

| Let it do it's thing. And turn up the heat (reduce humidity) is should be fine. | |

| not much...probably like 5 degrees (the Farenheight not Celsius) mycosis is a mould so the mould needs humidity | |

| i knw it needs humidity but i dont see where its getting it from as its on sand and oven baked dirt ( to make it very dry ) | |

| it should do i use a screen top, she could have had it when i got her possible but i didnt notice, i have 2 others and they are fine | |

| iv never seen it before full stop so im freaking out about it, especially as, she should be active but shes just laid around 90% of the time | |

| You should check her lungs. The lungarea is the critical area. In my Androctonus enclosure I had no water source at all. The humidity probably came from my surrounding enclosures. | |

| I agree, look at the lungs! If its around there...then im sorry. He/she might make it. Just put up the heat and if you have any tropical tanks in the room...maybe move them out for a while?!? Just a pulling at straws here xxxxx | |

| I'm with LRC on this one -- a lot of WC desert species seem to arrive with mycosis. I was at a show and they had five deathstalkers and one A. amoreuxi -- I only bought the latter because all the former had mycosis. | |

| i have the same problem with my M.Martenssii i think thats the spelling i bought her and a male from a store and she has mycosis, again first time dealing with this. i upped then temps and shes is fine. | |
