| Hello everyone, I need some scorpion for an upcoming zoology class project. I am having some trouble finding some in my area. I live in San Diego and i have seen them around on few occasions, so i know they are there. I have a UV flashlight but haven't had any luck finding any at night. There are a few canyons near my house, would i find them there? Any information will help. I appreciate the time you took to read this. I am also interested in getting an Emperor Scorpion as a Pet, so if you have any advice I'd like to hear it. Thanks! | |

| you could also lure one out by poking a very skinny twig in the holes. turning over some stones under bushes usually yields results in finding one as well. good luck! | |

| I was able to catch 4 baby scorpions. Crickets are larger than they are so what should I feed them? | |

| What kind of baby scorpions are they?
Pinhead crickets, cricket legs, 1mm sized cut mealworms will also do. Even a crushed superworm is a feast for communal babies.
