I got stung- what is this little guy

I got stung on my finger by this guy day before yesterday while in Mexico (Narayit, near San Blas). Started to go numb right away, but got to a clinic and they shot me up with some antivenin. Was stung on the finger, and my upper arm had started to go numb but is better now. However its 3 days later now, and my finger is still tingly and numb. does that sound odd to anyone that would know? Should I get it looked at further or rather why is it still numb?

Looks like a Centruroides spp. Not sure the species available in your area. How long the numb feeling lasts with these can vary but venom can be quite potent

Thanks for the help! As a 'non-expert' in scorpion matters, pictures led me to believe it was either a Centruroides noxius or a Centruroides limpidus, and more likely the noxius. Either way, my finger is still numb with no feeling in it, four days later. Does anyone know of any treatment for that?
