| Also it says they do not need to breed to reproduce but do you have to encourage the to reproduce in any way or do they just decide hey im gonna have babies? lol | |

| If you do things right you'll be inundated with babies soon enough. Just like Nheil/exoticvirus has recently. | |

| my H.h. gave me 2 broods of more than 35+ slings per brood in just 3 months.. it's as if the warm weather here plus the warm wall (where it is very nearly placed acting as a heating pad) plus my weekly misting on one side (carefully avoiding not to get the sand moist) is contributing an ideal condition for giving birth | |

| I was wondering are they at high risk for mycosis like H.arizonensis? also are they a desert or scrubland type species ive seen them on pure sand and also mix. | |

| Personally I wouldn’t risk it, it possibly could have unwanted pesticides, fungi, or pest. | |

| I'd add a little more vent holes down the sides on the corners for B. jacksoni jars. But that's just me. Great setups. | |

| These look awesome Cody! I agree with Patrick on adding more vent holes...just watch where you grab once you have them occupied. What instar are you getting? I had a 2i B. jacksoni that escaped through a vent hole...keep any holes by the substrate small. Love the H.H. hide as well. | |
