How is the length of a scorpion measured?

While looking around at online dealers, they almost always give a measurement.

For instance, a scorpion is advertised as being 2 inches long. Another example would be that a particular species full grown is 4 inches long.

From where to where are these measurements taken? How are these measurements obtained?

The correct way to measure a scorpion is chelicerae to the tip of the aculeus. In other words, the tip of the mouth parts to the tip of the stinger. Some people measure from chelicerae to the metasoma (tail). This is also a correct way, but is less used as it does not give the full length.

Most people take the measurements with rulers, yardsticks, tape measures, etc.

Its from chelicerae to aculeus fully stretched out. I think Ken does the second way though because he has so many animals he doesn't have enough time to do the first way as it takes a while. So yours will probably be bigger.
