| is there anything i can put in my desert tank to aid the cleaning process, im sure i have seen some were on here that woodlice are good for the humid tanks, but what about desert? | |

| Nothing that comes to mind but they don't need as much maintenance just take out anything dead and you should be fine. | |

| honestly desert scorpions are very clean my nature. My Hadrurus arizonensis piles the uneaten bug parts in a corner and I pick them out. Anything that does sit around ends up drying out and doesn't mold or attract parasites.
It's part of why I think new keepers should get desert scorpions. | |

I'd have to agree, I wish I had started out with a desert scorp instead, but love my H. Spinifers for being so tough the first week I had them.
With a desert scorp, I'd have had 1 to look after and get some experience in, instead of 6.
