Hey guys and gals, it's been awhile since I had posted anything. Well recently the owners of Jambu restaurant pitched an idea for a Scorpion Tank for their Helloween Party so I thought it might be fun project to take on
This is the tank before the runway models were put in. The idea was that display would crawling with scorpions under UV light.
Therefore, I didn't want to give too many hiding spaces... Not too dodgy considering that it would only be temporary and the scorpions would be from my captive-bred batch so they would not be so inclined to get into nasty brawls with each other.
Here's the writhing swarm but I didn't dump them all in. I selected the sizable specimens and put them in one at a time until it achieved the carrying capacity of the tank

On the first night it was a full on orgy... none of the boys would leave any of the girls alone... typical!
Two males were even caught in a case of mistaken identity LOL Oooops! No tank decor was spared from being littered with spermatophores LOL. Other than that, they remained well-behaved LOL Sorry I can't spell Helloween
Didn't get shots of the party cos I had a gig to play that night. Heard the kids loved it. The tank is currently back with me and poised for overhaul and refurbish.
