Nero passed away, I want to display him.

Hey!

So my Emperor passed away recently and he is currently being preserved in my freezer. As he was my first step into the hobby of exotic pets, more so arachnids, I'd like to put him on display on the wall. Is anyone familiar with this? I'm in Canada, so looking for actual display cases/mounts is proving to be difficult so any help/suggestions are appreciated!

I did dry mounted scorpions recently as well. You're going to have to find something to dehydrate it in first, like a jerky maker (or regular food dehydrator) and pin the scorpion in the exact position you want it to stay in on a styrofoam board. Emperors can take up to a day and a half to 2 and a half days to dry completely because they're so big. But as long as you have it in the freezer and nothings sitting on it or getting moved around, it can be in there for a long time so you have plenty of time to get the materials. I suggest finding a shadow box because they're essentially just really deep picture frames. Look up "Ryker's mount" if you need more help.
