Bit of advise?? Empty
PostSubject: Bit of advise??   Bit of advise?? Empty9/12/2012, 12:40 pm

Hi Everyone,

Ive not long got my first Emp Scorp and now I want more!! Shocked Laughing emp

Im thinking maybe a desert scorpion of some sort?? It will probably sound really stupid but is there any available in the UK that are sort of the desert equivilant of an Emp? Good starter scorps that arent too hard to keep and OK for a complete beginner like me?
Ive got a couple of months before I will even think about buying one but wanted to get ready any care sheets I can and start ordering the set up etc.

thanks for your help Smile

The desert hairy scorpion, Hadrurus arizonensis. The other beginner scorpion. Adults are very easy to keep, they're pretty active scorpions and they look great.

They're often available and generally cost between £20 and £40 depending on whether you buy online or from a reptile shop.

There's oodles of info. about keeping these guys all over the t'interweb.
