ONe of my juvenile H. Swammerdamis finally molted...both appeared ready when I got them nearly 20 months ago, so I had given up. Went to completely change out their bedding and clean their tank yesterday, when I found this molt skin under a hide. At first I thought one had fallen victim to cannibalism, but was very much relieved to find both doing well.
The one that just molted is extremely energetic and active. Was wondering if there is a way of telling the age of the scorpion based on the photo of its molt. Thanks.
