| I heard somewhere that a water dish is not required in an emporers enclosure because they get most of their water from the damp substrate. True our fals? And why? | |

| You always need to provide a water dish for emps. While the damp substrate provided the necessary humidity for the air they breathe, a water dish is essential to avoid dehydration as the scorpions do need to drink as well. | |

| ok just wanted to check. i had the water dish out for a bit because they had burrowed down to where the were sitting on the rocks of my false bottom. i put it back in tho. | |
