Opinion. I contacted James two month ago (15th of October), I was interested in buying some Liocheles waigiensis from the Philippines. He replied 6 days later (22th of October), giving me the prices for the specimens and shipment which were reasonable. So I dediced to purchase 4 pairs of the species for a total of 165 USD (30USD per pair + 45 USD shipping fees). I made the payment through Western Union on the 31rst of October and informed James about it. He collected the money on the 3rd of November. and said that he will send the specimens on Tuesday the 8th of November with tracking number. Despite several emails, I had no news until the 23rd of November when James informed me that the specimens will be shipped this week. I received the scorpions on the 12th of December. James put a lot of freebies (4 specimens) to make it up for the delay in shipping and lack of communication. Few specimens were dead due to really low temperatures. The specimens that arrived alive were healthy and very well fed, some gravid females were also included. So overall it was really worth the wait.

Personally I'd give it a little longer than 13 days to report a non-received item considering the possible language barrier, and with him being overseas. Things do come up. I'm not saying he isn't stiffing you, but I am encouraging you to stay positive... I've had deals show up a month after no communication with the seller. Although with living animals, heaven forbid they're in shipping limbo somewhere
